ROYAL WOLF IMPLEMENTS NEW CUSTOMER PORTAL ENHANCING CUSTOMER RELATIONS

Royal Wolf, Australasia’s largest supplier of shipping containers, has implemented a new, innovative customer portal for account holders, demonstrating their commitment to providing first-class service.

Neil Littlewood, Royal Wolf’s Chief Executive Officer, believes the new portal is a game-changer and a great way to differentiate Royal Wolf from its competitors in market:

In-demand features for the customer include the ability to update account information, change payment methods, make secure credit card payments, add new users and access statements and invoices. The portal also offers visibility of containers currently on hire and the ability to request quotes for new container hires.

The platform was introduced in response to Royal Wolf’s customers’ need for a seamless, efficient and easily accessible online program to manage their accounts.
