Our 10ft shipping containers offer an additional 30cm of height and 6cm of width when compared to a standard shipping container. The external dimensions are 9ft 10in (2.99m) in length, 8ft (2.44m) in width, and 9ft 6in (2.9m) in height. The internal dimensions are 9ft 4in (2.84m) in length, 7ft 10in (2.39m) in width, and 8ft 11in (2.71m) in height. Tare weight is 1450kg. This makes our 10ft container an ideal option for those with limited space. The added height and width compared to a standard container allow for larger item storage and the ability to fit two NZ standard pallets side by side. Whether used on residential, commercial, or construction sites, this container offers strong and reliable performance.
Royal Wolf’s 10ft shipping containers have been shipped to NZ containing cargo. This is often referred to as “one trip” container and is a common way to reduce the costs. This means the container may arrive with slight scratches, scuff-marks or minor dents. Our one trip containers can be certified for International Shipping or Domestic Rail travel at no additional charge

The Swinglift truck delivers the container by picking it up from the trucks tray at each end of the unit and lowering it onto the site directly next to the trucks’ tray. This method is ideal for delivery of containers that need to fit into constricted spaces. It is important to consider which way the container should be loaded onto the truck as it can only be unloaded from the right hand (drivers’) side.
