Luxury apartment building, 308 Remuera, is under construction with the 18 large residences set to be complete by February 2022.
Large scale projects require work site amenities such as offices and lunchrooms. However, this can prove difficult to execute when the site footprint is tight, and construction is taking place in high foot traffic areas surrounded by shops and cafes such as Remuera Village.

Two offices, two lunchrooms, one openside storage container and one wolf lock container, all 20’, were delivered to the 2,200sqm site and will be there until the completion of the apartment building. The team also set up platforms for the walkways and fall protection on top of the units.
308 Remuera will consist of 18 living sections that range from two to three bedrooms, with each of the apartments including a basement and two parking spaces.
