For the second year running, Irene Dumaquita has won Top Inside Sales Rep (ISR) in the Annual United Rentals Awards.
With Irene’s commitment to creating a positive customer experience, the award, which was announced at a ceremony in Houston, Texas, is recognition of the Christchurch-based ISR’s ability to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
The Top Inside Sales Rep Award honours the individual efforts of the company’s ISRs who have been instrumental in retaining satisfied customers and encouraging new business.
Tenielle Maskell, Supervisor, Customer Care Centre-ANZ, says: “Irene truly exemplifies what it means to be an exceptional sales professional. She is customer-focused, adaptable, supportive, and driven to achieve success.
"Her adaptability to new processes has improved performance, driving her results and helping the team evolve and succeed, ultimately delivering better outcomes for our customers.”
Irene says she is driven by hitting her targets, but also deeply committed to maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while growing new business.
She believes one of her key strengths is having the expertise to provide customers with the right container product to meet their needs.
“But I’m nothing without the wider team. Delivering the right product in a timely and efficient way is where teamwork comes in and I’m lucky to have a great team around me to help get the job done quickly and efficiently.”
Human Resources Manager, Fiona van Duuren says customer loyalty and retention is an essential part of United Rentals’ mission to achieve profitable growth by consistently exceeding customer expectations.
“Irene does that on a daily basis, and we are incredibly proud of her achievement and grateful for her commitment to our customers,” she says.
