The Role:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Inside Sales Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound hire and sale activities. This is the perfect opportunity to develop your sales career! This job is vacant following an internal promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

Action inbound and outbound customer sales calls.
Consult with customers to determine their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Generate leads for new business by actively exploring new market opportunities and engaging with outbound activities and communicating leads with internal stakeholders.
Craft compelling customer proposals and quotes to secure the deal.
Keep the momentum going with follow-up calls.
Aim high and actively contribute towards achieving KPIs and targets.

Ready to make a splash in this role? Here's what we're looking for:

Minimum 2 years' experience in Inbound/Outbound Sales.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a positive attitude that embodies our brand.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with Salesforce and/or other CRM software is advantageous.
Must have a valid Work Visa and reside in New Zealand.
