How quickly can I organise delivery of my container?
Depending on the type of container you have ordered & the availability of stock, it may be possible to organise delivery in less than than 24 hours. Products that require modifications & accessories will require more time. Your Royal Wolf representative will be able to provide you with a more accurate timeline before you place your order.

I don't need my rented container anymore. How can I arrange to have the container returned?

How do I pay for my rented container?
You will be required to pay all transport charges & the amount for one period (usually 28 days) prior to the delivery of your container. If you are renting your container for longer than one period, you will be issued with subsequent invoices which may be paid via internet banking, automatic payment, credit card or cheque.

I need to arrange payment for a container I am purchasing. What methods of payment do you accept?
You may pay for your container using internet banking, automatic payment, credit card, cash or cheque. You must ensure payment is made prior to the delivery of your container.

Are all the Royal Wolf containers the one size?
No. We have 4 standard size containers - 2.3m (8'), 3m (10'), 6m (20') & 12m (40') - however with our specialist engineering & modification team we also have the ability to custom-build a container to your exact specifications.

Will my goods be safe in a Royal Wolf container?
At Royal Wolf we do our best to ensure we provide the most secure product on the market. Constructed from steel, Royal Wolf containers are designed to be strong & secure. Our containers are fully lockable, wind, water & vermin proof. Extra security can be purchased with a lock box that protects the padlock from vandals. We can also provide window guards or bars for installation on our portable building units.

Do I need council permission to keep a storage container on my property?
Rules vary greatly from council to council therefore Royal Wolf recommends that you contact your local council prior to committing to a hire or making a purchase of a storage container.
