What if I don't know exactly what I need?
Royal Wolf staff are highly experienced in their field and will be able to assist you in determining the most appropriate product to suit your needs. They will ask you questions about what you will be using the container for, how long you require the unit and any modifications and accessories you may require. Simply call us on 0800 266 824 to talk through your options.
How soon can my storage container be delivered?
Depending on the type of container you have ordered and the availability of stock, it may be possible to organise delivery in less than than 24 hours. Products that require modifications and accessories will require more time. Your Royal Wolf representative will be able to provide you with a more accurate timeline before you place your order.

What if I don't need my rented container anymore?
Phone 0800 266 824 to cancel your hire agreement and arrange the return of the container.
How will I be invoiced for my rented container(s)?
You will be required to pay all transport charges and the amount for one period (usually 28 days) prior to the delivery of your container. If you are renting your container for longer than one period, you will be issued with subsequent invoices which may be paid via internet banking, automatic payment, credit card or cheque.
How do I pay if I purchase a storage container?
You may pay for your container using internet banking, automatic payment, credit card, cash or cheque. You must ensure payment is made prior to the delivery of your container.
What size are Royal Wolf storage containers?
We have 4 standard size containers - 8ft, 10ft, 20ft and 40ft - however with our specialist engineering and modification team we also have the ability to custom-build a container to your exact specifications.

How secure are Royal Wolf containers?
At Royal Wolf we do our best to ensure we provide the most secure product on the market. Constructed from steel, Royal Wolf containers are designed to be strong and secure. Our containers are fully lockable, wind, water and vermin proof. Extra security can be purchased with a lock box that protects the padlock from vandals. We can also provide window guards or bars for installation on our portable building units.
Do I need council permission?
Rules vary greatly from council to council therefore Royal Wolf recommends that you contact your local council prior to committing to a hire or making a purchase of a storage container.

If I purchase a container from Royal Wolf, will I be able to sell it back to Royal Wolf at a later date?
Yes, if you purchase a container from Royal Wolf, you will be able to sell it back to us once you have finished using it. The buy back program is subject to market value at the time and transport costs to collect the container.
