Royal Wolf can provide housing for a variety of needs including single person accommodation, 3 bedroom housing solutions, student, mining & construction site accommodation & cabins for holiday parks.

20' Accommodation Unit – Single Person
Perfect for construction, mining or student accommodation, the 20’ housing units come complete with a singe bed, bathroom including toilet, shower & basin, kitchenette, wardrobe & desk.

20' Accommodation Unit – 2 Person
Ideal for use are temporary accommodation during renovations or as an addition to an existing house,  the 20’ housing unit includes a kitchen, bathroom & plenty of room for a double bed.

40' Accommodation Unit
With a bathroom, kitchen, lounge & 2 bedrooms, Royal Wolf’s 40’ housing unit offers temporary accommodation suitable for small families. Alternatively these units could be set up in a holiday park to provide perfect cabin style accommodation.

Multi – Storey Accommodation 
Royal Wolf has the ability to design a housing solution to suit your needs. Container units can be combined to produce a multi-storey building creating a spacious house including an internal or external staircase. A housing solution that includes 4 x 40’ shipping container units can allow for 3 bedrooms, large kitchen, office, bathroom including toilet, shower & basin, dining room, lounge room & balcony.

Purchase prices start from $30,000 for a standard 20’ housing unit & $140,000 for 4 x 40’ unit. Minimum hire period is 6 months.
